ABOUT ECOM WITH DHARMIK

Built by an Amazon Seller, for Amazon Sellers.

I'm Dharmik Lakhani, an Amazon seller, e-commerce entrepreneur and educator with more than 6 years of hands-on experience in building, managing and growing an e-commerce business.

I don't teach Amazon selling from theory alone. I share what I learn from actually running an Amazon business — testing products, spending money on advertising, managing inventory, analyzing numbers and making real business decisions.
Dharmik Lakhani - Amazon Seller and E-commerce Entrepreneur

Hi, I'm Dharmik.

I am an active e-commerce seller with over 6 years of practical experience in the online selling ecosystem, with a strong focus on Amazon India.

My work involves Amazon PPC advertising, product research, listing optimization, SEO, inventory planning, profitability, and product sourcing from India and China.

I created Ecom With Dharmik to share these real-world learnings with other Amazon sellers in a practical, simple and data-driven way.

I Learned Amazon by Actually Doing It.

When you first enter the Amazon marketplace, the business can appear surprisingly simple.

Find a product. Create a listing. Run some ads. Start receiving orders.

But once you begin operating a real Amazon business, you quickly discover that selling a product and building a profitable business are two very different things.

Advertising can spend money without generating enough orders. A product with strong demand can still have poor margins. A listing can receive traffic but fail to convert. Inventory can run out exactly when sales begin growing — or too much stock can lock up your working capital.

Amazon growth is rarely about finding one secret trick. It is about making hundreds of better decisions over time.

Over the years, I have worked through these challenges inside my own e-commerce business.

I have tested products, optimized advertising campaigns, analyzed search terms, worked on listings, planned inventory, evaluated sourcing opportunities and made decisions that directly affected real money and real stock.

Some decisions worked exceptionally well. Others became expensive lessons.

Both were valuable.

Because experience taught me something that no generic Amazon tutorial can fully teach: the right decision depends on the numbers, the product, the competition and the business behind it.

From Seller Problems to Practical Solutions.

Ecom With Dharmik was created with a simple purpose: to make Amazon selling knowledge more practical for sellers who are actually building businesses.

There is already an enormous amount of information about Amazon selling online.

The real challenge is knowing what matters, what to ignore and what action to take next.

That is where I focus.

Instead of chasing shortcuts, I prefer understanding the data, identifying the actual problem and then deciding what needs to change.

Whether the problem is high ACOS, poor keyword performance, low conversion, weak product selection, inventory planning or profitability — the objective remains the same: make a better business decision.

There Is No Single Strategy That Works for Every Amazon Seller.

Every Amazon business is different.

Different products. Different margins. Different competition. Different advertising economics. Different objectives.

That is why I do not believe in blindly copying another seller's strategy.

My approach is straightforward: understand the data, identify the problem, take the right action and measure the result.

Whether we are looking at Amazon Ads, product selection, listing performance or profitability, decisions should be based on numbers and practical business understanding — not assumptions.

If You're Serious About Growing on Amazon, You're in the Right Place.

Ecom With Dharmik focuses on the practical challenges Amazon sellers face while trying to build and scale a profitable e-commerce business.

✓ Amazon Ads are spending but profitability is weak
✓ You are confused about which product to launch
✓ Your keywords are not performing as expected
✓ Your listing receives traffic but conversion is low
✓ You want to improve Amazon PPC performance
✓ You want to scale your Amazon business profitably

I Understand the Decisions Behind the Dashboard.

When an advertising campaign performs badly, it is not just another number on a screen. It is your money being spent.

When inventory runs out, it can affect sales and momentum. When a product fails, capital gets stuck. And when the right strategy works, it can change the direction of the entire business.

I understand these situations because I operate in the same ecosystem.

That is the foundation of Ecom With Dharmik: real experience, practical analysis and strategies built around better business decisions.

You Don't Just Need More Sales.
You Need Better Business Decisions.
